
SC1467 is a 16 bit 8-channel synchronous sampling analog-to-digital converter, with built-in analog input clamp protection, analog filter, and programmable gain amplifier for each channel. The device also integrates a digital filter, a low drift 2.5V precision reference voltage source, and a 4.5V reference voltage buffer, supporting parallel and serial interfaces.
The SC1467 is powered by a single 5V power supply, with a throughput rate of up to 200kSPS for all 8 channels. It supports true bipolar input ranges of ± 10V and ± 5V, has a 1M Ω analog input impedance, and input clamp protection can withstand voltages up to ± 30V. The ESD level can reach 8kV. For applications with low throughput requirements, the SC1467's built-in oversampling mode and flexible digital filters can be used to improve noise performance
