SC1641 is a low-power, low-noise 24 bit ∑ - Δ ADC suitable for high-precision measurement applications. It contains 3 differential analog inputs and integrates an on-chip low-noise instrument amplifier, allowing for direct input of small signals. SC1641 can operate with an internal clock or an external clock, and the output data rate can be set through software programming, which can vary within the range of 4.17Hz to 940Hz.
SC1641 is powered by a 2.7V to 5.25V power supply, with a typical power consumption of 360 µ A, and is packaged in a 16 pin TSSOP.
